cvk33 Terms and Conditions — Rules of Use

1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cvk33 platform ("Platform", "Service", "Website") and the user ("you", "Member", "Player"). cvk33 operates an online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the definitive one. The service includes cricket betting, slots, blackjack, live dealer games and other casino games. It is the responsibility of every member to read and comply with these Terms.

cvk33 reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at its discretion at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change is made will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration

To use the service on cvk33, you must create a personal account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• All information provided must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and payment details used for registration must belong to the same person.
• An account may not be opened in the name of or on behalf of any third party.
• If any account details change, you must notify us immediately.

2.1 Verification Process (KYC)

cvk33 may request documents to verify your identity for the purposes of deposits, withdrawals or account verification. This may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, proof of payment method or any other relevant document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to use the cvk33 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register from a location where using this platform is not legally prohibited.
• You must play voluntarily, of your own free will and in a sound state of mind.

4Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The security rules are set out below:

• Sharing or transferring your account credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify us immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions and bets carried out from your account.
• Exercise particular caution when logging in from a public device or shared network.

cvk33 is not liable for account access resulting from phishing, hacking or other causes, unless it is due to a fault in the platform's own security systems.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cvk33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• cvk33 reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used during account registration.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.

6Bonuses and Promotions

cvk33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (meaning you must place bets equal to 15 times the total of your deposit plus the bonus).
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for the bonus.

6.2 VIP Cashback Program

The cvk33 VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through each tier is determined by a player's activity and participation. Cashback amounts and availability may change at cvk33's discretion.

6.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus applies only to the account of the member to whom the offer was made.
• Transferring a bonus balance to another account is prohibited.
• cvk33 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.

7Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the cvk33 platform are subject to the following rules:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets with uncertain outcomes due to a technical error may be considered void.
• The outcome of games or events is determined impartially and from recognised sources.
• If an event or game is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• cvk33 reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any individual.

7.1 Special Provisions for Cricket Betting

Betting on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC and other international cricket tournaments will be governed by applicable international sports betting standards. If a match is abandoned or stopped due to rain, the result will be determined in accordance with specific betting rules.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cvk33 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Betting using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using programming exploits or technical loopholes to obtain bonuses or advantages.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
• Attempting to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account.

9Responsible Gaming

cvk33 believes in responsible gaming and encourages all players to play in a healthy and controlled manner. We offer the following features:

• The option to voluntarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• The option to set deposit and betting limits.
• The opportunity to contact our support team if signs of problematic gambling behaviour appear.

10Privacy and Data Protection

11Limitation of Liability

cvk33 is not liable for the following:

• Issues arising from internet connection problems or technical faults with your device.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses caused by unexpected technical disruptions.
• Inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account information.

In the case of any dispute or claim, cvk33's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12Account Suspension & Closure

cvk33 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Legal directives from authorities.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

In the event of account closure, if no violation has occurred, any remaining balance earned through legitimate means will be refunded.

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. All ongoing bets and transactions will be settled before the account closure request is processed.

13Changes & Amendments

cvk33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide notice via your registered email or on the platform. However, if you continue to use the platform after a change, whether or not you received notice of it, you will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms.

cvk33 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or platform at any time.
